MORE THAN MOVEMENT
The More Than Movement (MTM) program aligns with the NSW Department of
Education and Communities (DEC) Wellbeing Framework for Schools. Based
on 3 principles (connect, succeed, thrive) the framework provides schools with
initiatives to advocate and maintain all aspects of student wellbeing, increasing
cognitive, physical, social, emotional and spiritual development; complimenting
the More than Movement program which furthers community connection, fosters
positivity and provides a place of support and learning beyond the classroom.
The MTM program adopts an activity-based approach towards addressing daily
challenges young people face; providing a safe and controlled environment in
which they can learn, grow and prosper.
Our qualified Yoga instructors will nurture the wellbeing and personal development of young people through the learning and implementation of the following objectives:

A supportive, nurturing guide and mentor for young people requiring a more
personal one on one approach. Building independence, aiding personal
development and providing strong foundations through specific mentoring and
the incorporation of teachings from our Dynamic Development Program.
Our Mentoring Service offers complete flexibility; we tailor time spent with our
young people to address specific individual needs, challenges, and personal
goals. Creative Spring mentors will also provide a link-up service; referring
participants to relevant, reputable organisations, communities and affiliations
to further their community connection, social interaction and preparation for

A definitive guide and development program for 16-25 year olds looking to pursue a career as a professional athlete. Delivering proficient knowledge about navigating the professional sports industry and generating a successful career.
A three-part workshop-based program addressing specific challenges faced within the industry and providing experienced knowledge and guidance on making a successful career from your chosen sport. Participants will learn about:
