A flexible, sport-based mentoring program for schools and specialist settings.

EDG Squad uses the power of sport as a hook and mentoring as the engine for change. It is a highly customizable program that operates within a "Team Environment" model, helping students who need extra support to find their footing and flourish.

EDG Squad is designed for Primary and High School students (including those in specialist behavior settings) who may experience:

  • Engagement Hurdles: Low attendance or lack of interest in traditional classroom settings.

  • Behavioral Challenges: Difficulty with self-regulation or following school routines.

  • Social Barriers: Struggles with peer relationships, teamwork, or social anxiety.

  • High-Needs Profiles: Students requiring intensive 1-on-1 support or tailored small-group environments.

EDG Squad

What It Supports

This program bridges the gap between physical activity and personal development by providing:

  • Multi-Sport Variety: From Soccer and OzTag to Golf and Polo, we rotate sports weekly to keep engagement high and remove the "pressure to be an expert."

  • Flexible Delivery: Options range from structured recess/lunch play and targeted 1-on-1 mentoring to whole-cohort integration.

  • Accountability Frameworks: We use personalized questionnaires and live tracking (booklet or spreadsheet-based) to monitor behavior and growth.

  • Leadership Pathways: High school students can earn work experience hours and character references by assisting in event facilitation.

EDG Squad

Mentoring Program

Creative Spring provides expertly trained mentors who act as trusted role models for young people navigating challenging life situations. Using a "tried and tested" activity-based technique, our mentors deliver consistent, high-quality support designed to increase focus and maximise personal growth.

  • Young People in Need of Support: Individuals dealing with challenging life situations who may otherwise feel alone.

  • NDIS Participants: We provide specialized services to NDIS plan participants through various NGOs and FSPs.

  • Those Seeking Relatable Guidance: We match participants with mentors who share similar interests, preferences, and common backgrounds

We offer a cohesive strategy to support youth welfare and personal development through:

  • Dynamic Development Program: Specific teachings that provide a strong foundation for everyday life.

Athlete Community is more than a training program; it is a holistic development framework built under the Creative Spring banner. By connecting physical training with mental resilience and emotional readiness, we help young people understand that being an athlete starts from within.

  • Prepared Teams Workshops: Sessions focused on effective communication, conflict resolution, and peer accountability to elevate team performance.

  • Prepared Athletes Program: A three-part series developed by elite athletes covering personal branding, financial literacy, social media responsibility, and career longevity.

  • 10-Week Training Blocks: Foundations of athlete development following a five-day cycle of strength, endurance, injury prevention, speed, and game application.

  • Athlete Journals & Mentoring: Tools for reflection and goal tracking that connect physical metrics with emotional awareness and resilience.

The #STOPDROPACTION (SDA) movement is at the heart of Creative Spring, representing positive change within ourselves and our community. We aim to promote a healthy and positive attitude towards life’s challenges with a focus on mental and physical well-being.

The SDA movement provides young people with valuable work experience opportunities. By assisting with our programs, volunteers can develop essential life skills such as communication, customer service, administration, time management, organizational skills, teamwork, adaptability, and responsibility. This support helps them gain a foothold in the job market and prepare for future employment.

Community Engagement

The Creative Spring Community hosts regular community events and fundraisers to foster a supportive network and raise awareness of the SDA movement. These events bring people together to promote positivity and community participation. All revenue generated from these events is reinvested back into the community, ensuring continuous support and development.

Creative Spring was founded to educate and support today’s youth, providing them with a loving, safe, and supportive community. The Stop Drop Action movement embodies this commitment by creating a socially connected environment where individuals can thrive.

Emotional Action Support System (EASS)

The Emotional Action Support System (EASS) is a structured wellbeing framework designed for daily use by students and adults to build emotional literacy and consistency across all environments. Rather than a one-off program, it is a shared process that integrates into existing school practices to strengthen emotional safety and predictability.

  • EASS is designed as a whole-school system for primary schools (K-6) and the wider community, specifically benefiting:

    • Students: Children who need practical skills to navigate "big emotions" and diverse learners, including neurodiverse students.

    • Teachers & School Staff: Educators seeking consistent, predictable adult responses that reduce reactive behavior and classroom disruption.

    • Parents & Carers: Families looking for a common emotional language that bridges the gap between school and home environments.

  • This system provides a curriculum-aligned framework that supports trauma-informed and inclusive practices:

    • Emotional Regulation Process: Teaches a clear 6-step cycle

    • Curriculum Integration: Aligns with NSW PDHPE (K-6) outcomes, the Wellbeing Framework for Schools, and Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) standards.

    • Engagement Resources: Utilises the Seed of Hope comic book series to normalize emotional experiences through relatable characters and reduce verbal overload during escalation.

    • Implementation Flexibility: Offers delivery options ranging from full Creative Spring-led implementation to "Train-the-Teacher" and license-only models

    • Improved Readiness to Learn: Reduces student escalation and classroom disruption, allowing for a faster return to learning and increased student engagement.

Kreative Karaoke is a joyful, inclusive experience designed to bring people of all ages together through the healing power of music. From aged-care residents to children in hospital, each session is uplifting and tailored to meet participants exactly where they are

  • This program is designed for a broad range of participants and can be adapted for diverse environments:

    • Seniors: Residents in aged-care facilities and those attending community centers or respite services.

    • Children & Youth: Patients in pediatric hospital wards and students in holiday or school wellbeing programs.

    • Intergenerational Groups: Participants looking for cross-generational performances that bridge age gaps through shared song.

    • Individuals with High Needs: Those unable to join group sessions can receive personalized one-on-one visits from facilitators

  • Kreative Karaoke offers a creative toolkit for connection and personal joy:

    • Group Connection: Collaborative karaoke sessions and themed events—like "Disney Dreams" or "Golden Oldies"—that boost social bonds.
       

    • Mind & Body Coordination: Light movement and rhythm activities that promote physical positivity.
