Games Day 2024 Registration

I give permission to Creative Spring Community Events to use my child or children's name, image, and likeness for social media posts and marketing. This includes photographs, videos, and digital media. I understand that I will not receive any compensation for this use. This permission is effective from the date of signing and continues indefinitely unless otherwise specified in writing.
