1. Sportsmanship & Respect:

All participants are expected to demonstrate sportsmanship and respect toward fellow participants, organisers, and guests at all times.

 2. Authorised Attendance Only:

Only registered participants, teachers, parents, and approved guests are permitted to attend the event. Unregistered individuals will not be allowed entry.

 3. Behavioral Requirements:

Attendance is contingent upon participants having demonstrated positive behavior and engagement in school. Participants are expected to uphold these standards throughout the event.

 4. Zero Tolerance Policies:

 No-Fight Policy:

Any participant involved in a physical altercation will be barred from all future events. Additionally, their school will be required to leave the current event immediately, and authorities will be notified.

​

 No Smoking Policy:

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Participants who wish to smoke must leave the premises. Any participant found smoking will be asked to leave the event.

​

 5. Mandatory Kindness & Enjoyment:

We encourage all participants to be kind, inclusive, and ensure everyone has a fun and enjoyable experience.

 6. Safety & Wellbeing:

The safety and wellbeing of all participants are our top priorities. Please adhere to all instructions from event organisers and staff, and report any concerns immediately.
